Please fill out this Third Party Authorization Form to provide the lease details of your property. 

This form also allows tenants and property managers ("Third Party") to contact Kuester Management Group on behalf of the property in order to request amenity access fobs, place HOA applicable work orders, request homeowner online portal access, and receive community email blasts. Below you will be able to select the level of access you wish to provide.

This form has an administrative fee of $50 per Lease Submission, payable on submission of this form.

Areas of Authorization

This section of the form can provide account access to a non-deeded owner of your property. 

Please select the level of access you want the requested 3rd Party to have.

 

No Access: Third Party will not be included in any emails and will not be authorized to communicate with Kuester regarding the property


Basic Access: Allows the tenant or property management company to:

  • Receive Community Emails 
  • Submit work orders via phone or email


Limited Access: Allows your tenant or property management company to be authorized to:

  • Receive Community Emails
  • Access Community WebPortal 
    • View Community Information
    • Access Community Governing Documents
    • Submit and Update Work Orders
    • View and Respond about Violations
  • Order amenity access fobs and charges to be applied to the HOA Account (if applicable)
  • Make online payments
    • This will provide access to see the Transaction History of the Account.


Full Access: Allows your tenant or property management company to be authorized to:

  • Receive Community Emails
  • Access Community WebPortal 
    • View Community Information
    • Access Community Governing Documents
    • Submit and Update Work Orders
    • View and Respond about Violations
    • Make online payments and see account information
    • Submit an architectural application for the property
  • Order amenity access fobs and charges to be applied to the HOA Account
  • Submit payment plan requests for delinquent accounts
  • Attend hearing for compliance violation
    • Please note: It does not give voting rights at Association Meetings - there is a separate form called a Proxy that we will send at the time of the meeting.

I understand this access allows the above named person to incur charges to my Association account and as the Owner, I am financially responsible for ensuring my account is in good-standing with the Association*
I understand that by selecting Full Access I am allowing the above stated 3rd party to be authorized to have the same authority over my property as I have.*
I understand that I must supply my tenant with a copy of the HOA rules and regulations.*
I understand that I must include language in my tenant lease requiring compliance with HOA rules and regulations.*
I understand that I accept responsibility for your tenants ability to comply with HOA rules and regulations and understand that I will be responsible for any fines issued to my property by the Board of Directors.*
